Forking Around

Yep, that's right. Forks, WA will be my next destination. Well, Seattle first and then hopefully Forks (if the record snowfall in Washington melts off by April 21). We (being my compassionate, kind hearted, seasoned traveler friend since high school, Heather; my never-a-dull-moment and helpful co-worker - also seasoned traveler- Trisha; Trisha's sister, Mona; Trisha's good friend Amy and Amy's niece, Becca.) will depart from OKC Monday, April 20th in the p.m. Arrival time at Seattle airport should be late that evening. The plan is to explore Seattle for a day, throw a fish or two, ride to space in a needle. Then we will venture up into the "wilderness" of Forks, the Hoh National Rainforest, visit La Push beach (yes, this trip is slightly book inspired) possibly do some whale watching, maybe "sneak" into Canada via ferry, visit a winery along the way, and do whatever our little hearts desire. Hiking, raincoats, scarves and much fun will ensue. Stay tuned...
